Ultrasound contrast developer Acusphere has entered into an agreement to raise $37.7 million through a stock placement with a group of institutional investors.
The Watertown, MA, company said it would issue 5.8 million units, with each unit consisting of one share of stock and a warrant for 0.3 shares of stock at an exercise price of $7.97 per share, for a purchase price of $6.9675 per unit.
