Medison taps exec for national accounts push

Ultrasound vendor Medison of Cypress, CA, has hired a new executive to spearhead the company's entry into the national accounts market in North America.

Steven Morris has been named as national accounts manager for North America, with the goal of developing new business with the government, group purchasing organizations, integrated delivery networks, and imaging groups.

Morris has 28 years of experience in healthcare, and most recently was with healthcare products firm Cardinal Health of Dublin, OH, where he was national account manager.
