Ultrasound dealer MedPro Imaging more than doubled its revenue in 2008 compared to 2007, the company announced.

The Waukesha, WI, company reported revenue growth of 127% for the year. The privately held firm did not release actual sales figures.

The company said that a recent sale of three refurbished systems to St. Anthony Hospital of Chicago on the last day of 2008 helped fuel its growth.
