Ultrasonix upgrades SonixTouch features

Ultrasound vendor Ultrasonix Medical of Richmond, British Columbia, has released workflow and productivity enhancements to its SonixTouch IVF (in vitro fertilization) systems used in reproductive medicine clinics.

The latest upgrades are designed to help physicians and clinicians reduce exam time by more than 50% with automatic follicular measurements on the system's touchscreen display. A report is then automatically generated and sent to the electronic medical record system.
