Multimodality vendor Toshiba America Medical Systems of Tustin, CA, this week is launching in the U.S. a compact ultrasound system, Aplio MX, that was first rolled out in Europe in October.
Aplio MX is 30% lighter than traditional cart-based systems, with a 19-inch flexible monitor and customizable key console. The system includes 4D imaging, differential tissue harmonic imaging, and advanced dynamic flow for color Doppler imaging, as well as the company's ApliPure and Precision Imaging techniques to enhance image clarity and detail definition.
The Aplio MX is commercially available now.
