Ultrasound technology developer Misonix of Farmingdale, NY, has inked a distribution deal with a Chilean company, the firm said.
The three-year distribution agreement with Neuromed Chile of Santiago covers the distribution of Misonix's SonaStar ultrasonic surgical aspirator and BoneScalpel ultrasonic bone cutter. The agreement gives Neuromed exclusive rights to sell in Chile and includes minimum purchase requirements.
The Neuromed deal gives Misonix its seventh distributor in Latin America and its 29th distributor for the export market, according to the company.
