Targeson lands SBIR funding

Ultrasound imaging technology developer Targeson said that its optical imaging grant program will receive funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant will explore the use of Targeson's microbubble platform as a targeted contrast agent using optical imaging, according to the San Diego-based firm.
