Medison launches MySono U5

Ultrasound vendor Medison of Cypress, CA, has released its new MySono U5 ultrasound system specifically designed to provide 3D/4D imaging in a compact platform for ob/gyn applications.

MySono U5 is a portable scanner intended for 3D/4D imaging at the bedside in private practices or hospital settings. It features a 15-inch high-resolution screen for enhanced image viewing and an intuitive user interface for improved navigation, according to the company. The system also offers advanced image processing tools, such as VolumeCT.

The launch took place at the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) annual meeting in San Francisco.
