TomTec Imaging Systems plans to introduce a new ultrasound data processing package at the upcoming RSNA 2011 meeting.
TomTec's 4D Sono-Scan 2.0 clinical application package offers a vendor-independent way for users to process volume ultrasound data. It includes 3D volume rendering, multislice display, a "compare" mode for multiple-volume datasets, and volume measurements, according to the firm.
