USHIFU signs Klein as new CEO

High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) developer USHIFU has named oncology and imaging industry veteran Michael Klein as CEO.

Klein comes to USHIFU after a stint as president of the radiation oncology division of Roper Industries. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of brachytherapy device developer Xoft, and he has also served as chairman, president, and CEO of computer-aided detection firm R2 Technology.
