Ultrasound technology developer Zonare Medical Systems has promoted Timothy Marcotte to president and CEO.
Since August 2011, Marcotte has served as chief operating officer with responsibility for Zonare's day-to-day operations. He began his career at Zonare in 2007 as the company's CFO.
Prior to Zonare, Marcotte worked for VNUS Medical Technologies, and he has experience at other medical device and information technology companies at the executive level for more than 17 years.
