Tomographic ultrasound developer Delphinus Medical Technologies has appointed Heather Rone as its new vice president of clinical affairs.
Rone's appointment comes as the company begins an extensive clinical research program in support of regulatory approval for its SoftVue breast cancer screening technology, the firm said. Rone has previously served at U-Systems, where she led clinical trials in the U.S. and Europe for that company's somo.v automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) system.
