Korean ultrasound technology developer Alpinion Medical Systems has released a new laptop-style portable ultrasound scanner.
E-Cube i7 features high-performance hardware and software and a variety of transducers for a range of applications, including point of care, anesthesiology, pain management, orthopedic/musculoskeletal, and emergency medicine, according to the company.
The new system also offers enhanced image optimization technologies to support both routine and specialty application needs, such as Needle Vision Plus, which is designed to make a needle visible without degrading the surrounding tissue image.
In addition, E-Cube i7's design has a sliding keyboard cover and an ergonomically located keyboard for better support when typing.
