Analogic unveiled its bk5000 ultrasound scanner at the recent RSNA 2015 meeting in Chicago.
The latest addition to its flagship BK ultrasound product line, bk5000 is designed to provide surgeons with real-time guidance in the operating room, according to the vendor. A new feature called No-Touch Autogain provides automatic image quality at every depth without user intervention by adapting gain to different environments, Analogic said.
Other Analogic introductions at the meeting included a new 1.5-tesla radiofrequency amplifier for MRI and a new selenium-based digital detector for mammography.
