Refurbished ultrasound equipment supplier Probo Medical has purchased ultrasound equipment service provider Trisonics of Harrisburg, PA.
For Probo Medical, the acquisition adds an ultrasound service division to complement its current ultrasound equipment sales and refurbishment departments, according to the Fishers, IN-based firm. Trisonics will continue to operate under its current name, and CEO Jen Riner will join the Probo Medical leadership team, the company said.
