Breast imaging software developer Densitas has launched its clinical advisory board with four luminaries in radiology, breast imaging, artificial intelligence (AI), and imaging informatics.
The advisory board now includes the following members:
- Dr. Eliot Siegel is professor and vice chair of research information systems at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and chief of radiology and nuclear medicine for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Maryland Health Care System in Baltimore.
- Dr. Nisha Sharma is director of breast screening at Leeds Teaching Hospitals in the U.K.
- Dr. Georgia Spear is chief of breast imaging at NorthShore University HealthSystem and clinical assistant professor of radiology at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
- Dr. Judy Caines is founding medical director of the Nova Scotia Breast Screening Program and head of mammography at Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
The board will advise the company as it launches its AI-powered densitasenterprise breast imaging analytics platform.
