CTI sues Bloomberg News

Thermal breast imaging developer Computerized Thermal Imaging said it is suing Bloomberg News and its reporter David Evans for libel. The Layton, UT-based vendor alleges that on June 29 and July 18, Bloomberg published articles about CTI that contained false, misleading, and defamatory statements regarding CTI’s business and its thermal imaging technology. The vendor is alleging damages in excess of $100 million.
