The chairman and CEO of thermal breast imaging developer Computerized Thermal Imaging has stepped down, the Layton, UT, company reported today. David Johnston is retiring after 13 years at the helm of the development-stage company, and will be replaced by Richard Secord, who has worked in various executive capacities with CTI since 1995. Secord is a retired major general in the U.S. Air Force, and was a controversial figure in the 1980s during the Reagan Administration.
