Computer-aided detection developer icad has introduced CAD-Communication Module (CCM), which links its MammoReader CAD product with a mammography information system from PenRad Technologies of Plymouth, MN.
Using the module, radiologists can display CAD images marking potential cancers directly on PenRad's application, according to icad of Boca Raton, FL. CCM will be commercially released in the fourth quarter.
