Computer-aided detection (CAD) developer R2 Technology has inked a multiyear distribution agreement with GE Healthcare of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K.
Under the terms of the agreement, GE will distribute Sunnyvale, CA-based R2's ImageChecker mammography CAD system with the GE Senographe 2000D full-field digital mammography (FFDM) systems in GE's international markets outside the U.S., as well as the new GE Senographe Essential FFDM system once it becomes commercially available.
