Eastman Kodak Health Group and computer-aided detection (CAD) developer Confirma have signed an integration and reseller agreement.
Under the deal, Kodak of Rochester, NY, gains nonexclusive distribution rights to the Kirkland, WA-based firm's CADstream system, which will be offered as an optional feature for Kodak's CareStream mammography workstation.
Kodak will be marketing the integrated CADstream system to Kodak customers who perform breast MRI studies as part of breast imaging exams, Confirma said. Confirma said it will continue to directly market CADstream to prospective customers.
