Texas Breast Specialists adds Naviscan PEM

Texas Breast Specialists has added PET developer Naviscan's positron emission mammography (PEM) technology to its services.

Texas Breast Specialists is expanding its breast cancer treatment services in Dallas, McKinney, Bedford, Carrollton, and Plano, TX, to include the Naviscan mobile PEM scanner.

Texas Breast Specialists is a service division of Dallas-based Texas Oncology and an affiliate of the United Network of U.S. Oncology. Its practices provide surgical and radiological services for the treatment of breast diseases, and include breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and dedicated breast radiologists.
