Computer-aided detection (CAD) developer VuCOMP has received approval to market its M-Vu CAD and M-Vu Breast Density software in Turkey.
The approval marks a new milestone in VuCOMP's focus on expanding the availability of its products internationally, the company said.
M-Vu CAD analyzes mammograms to mark areas that are suspicious for breast cancer, while M-Vu Breast Density identifies dense breast tissue that could be masking cancer, according to VuCOMP.
