Hologic plans $350M private offering

Women's imaging firm Hologic is getting set to launch a private offering of $350 million in senior notes due in 2025.

The company plans to use the proceeds and available cash, including funds from a new five-year secured credit agreement, to retire remaining convertible notes when they are ready for call in December 2017 and March 2018.
