TeraRecon unveils Aquarius, hires Taylor to market it

Image-reconstruction vendor TeraRecon rolled out the Aquarius workstation at the European Congress of Radiology in Vienna earlier this month. The San Mateo, CA-based company showcased the product’s volume rendering, 3-D visualization, intraluminal visualization, and curved multiplanar capabilities to conference attendees.

In other TeraRecon news, Robert Taylor, PhD, has joined the company as executive vice president. Taylor, former CEO of AccuImage Diagnostics, will be responsible for developing and marketing the Aquarius line both in Europe and the U.S.
