Voxar appoints new chairman

Three-dimensional-software developer Voxar has appointed Christopher Masters as its new nonexecutive chairman. Masters, recently chairman of Aggreko, a Netherlands-based power-rental service company, will succeed Ian Ritchie. Ritchie, who has served as nonexecutive chairman of the Edinburgh, Scotland-based firm since 1995, will be continuing with the company as a nonexecutive director.
