Three-dimensional-software developer Vital Images of Plymouth, MN, and McKesson Information Solutions -- Medical Imaging Group of Richmond, BC, have signed a deal to jointly distribute products and integrate technology with McKesson’s products. Under terms of the agreement, McKesson will sell Vital Images’ Vitrea 2 3-D imaging software with its Horizon Medical Imaging medical image management solution, and Vital Images will offer the Horizon Medical Imaging archive capability to its customers.
