GE HealthCare (GEHC) has completed its acquisition of medical imaging software developer MIM Software.
The firm announced its plans for the purchase in January of this year. The deal will give GEHC access to MIM's imaging analytics and digital workflow offerings, including MIM SurePlan, MIM Symphony, MIM Maestro, and MIM Encore, according to GEHC.
Although GEHC did not disclose financial details of the purchase, it was funded with cash on hand, it said.
