Accuray gets CyberKnife orders from Georgetown, UCSF

Image-guided radiosurgery developer Accuray of Sunnyvale, CA, has received the first two orders for its CyberKnife radiosurgery system. Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC, and the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, will be installing CyberKnife, which was introduced at the 2001 American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Accuray co-developed CyberKnife in collaboration with Stanford University.
