ART closes $2 million private placement

Laser and thermal imaging developer Advanced Research Technologies has completed its recently announced private placement of $2 million (U.S.) with BioCapital Biotechnology and Healthcare Fund. In exchange, the Saint-Laurent, Canada-based company issued a total of 507,300 common shares to the fund.
