Accuray inks Asian distributor agreement

Image-guided radiosurgery developer Accuray has signed a distributor agreement with President Medical Technologies (PMTC) of Taiwan. Under the terms of the deal, PMTC will serve as the Sunnyvale, CA-based vendor's exclusive distributor throughout Asia, except for Japan. In one of the deal’s first shipments, a CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgery unit is scheduled to be shipped to PMTC in March of 2003, Accuray said.
