California install for Nomos

North American Scientific's Nomos Radiation Oncology division of Cranberry Township, PA, has installed its optical tracking technology at the Santa Monica Cancer Treatment Center in Santa Monica, CA.

The optical camera targeting system is incorporated into the vendor's BAT (B-mode acquisition and targeting) 3D ultrasound image-guided radiation therapy technology.
