Fovia Medical of Palo Alto, CA, has released the third generation of its High Definition Volume Rendering (HDVR) software.
The thin-client engine is designed for multicore processors and 64-bit architecture to enhance system performance and interactive HDVR rendering of the large datasets generated by imaging modalities.
Fovia's HDVR engine has been ported to the Mac OS X Leopard operating system to offer full native 64-bit support for applications in 64-bit processing.
