Fujifilm Medical Systems USA of Stamford, CT, plans to showcase new advanced visualization software at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) annual meeting next month.
Fuji's Synapse maximum intensity projection/multiplanar reformatted (MIP/MPR) Fusion software recently received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance and will be included as a standard application in all Synapse PACS versions 3.2.1 and higher.
MIP/MPR Fusion includes the standard functionality expected of MIP/MPR and offers a number of added features to enhance radiologist workflow.
