USTeleradiology of Atlanta has acquired University Nighthawk Partners of Royersford, PA, which provides after-hours preliminary reports to hospitals throughout the U.S.
The acquisition is expected to bring USTeleradiology's annual revenue into the
$11 million to $12 million range for 2008.
Combined, the two entities will serve approximately 100 facilities in the U.S. with a daily volume of 750 to 900 studies.
University Nighthawk Partners will continue to be led by its founder and CEO, Dr. Maheep Goyal.
