AuntMinnie.com Advanced Visualization Radiology Insider

Dear Advanced Visualization Insider,

Computer-aided detection (CAD) has been seen as a tool to improve the diagnostic performance of more inexperienced radiologists. And that theory rang true for researchers from Kumamoto University in Kumamoto, Japan.

The German study team found that breast CAD could have helped radiologists find tumors that in some cases weren't detected until three or four years later. For that story, click here.
