Gains in licensing and subscription rental fees helped computer-aided detection (CAD) firm Medipattern expand revenues in its third fiscal quarter of 2011.
For the quarter (end-March 31), revenue more than doubled to $58,000 U.S., compared with $21,000 in the third quarter of fiscal quarter 2010. The company posted a net loss of $590,000, compared with a net loss of $681,000 in same quarter of fiscal 2010.
For the nine-month period, revenues almost tripled to $113,000 compared with $39,000 in the same period of fiscal 2010. Medipattern also reported a loss of $1.7 million, compared with a loss of $2.2 million the same period of fiscal 2010.
