Viz.ai has established two new strategic partnerships: one with clinical research organization Vastrax and the other with natural language processing and artificial intelligence (AI) software developer Illuminate.
The company's partnership with Vastrax is intended to accelerate its neurovascular clinical research. Viz.ai's Viz Recruit software will become Vastrax's recruitment platform for neurovascular clinical trials. The software identifies patients eligible for a study by scanning images in real-time, identifies potential study subjects, and notifies research teams.
As for the Illuminate partnerships, Viz.ai said it will add the company's natural language processing capabilities and software for detecting suspected aortic aneurysms and monitoring patients to its AI-powered platform. Illuminate's software identifies at-risk patients from electronic medical records, assesses disease severity, and facilitates follow-up surveillance.
