Riverside Healthcare has partnered with Civie to modernize radiology operations across its network.
The Illinois-based healthcare system has implemented Civie’s RadPod teleradiology software and its unified PACS software, RadFlow, across six locations in five counties in its network, Civie said.
Both RadPod and Radflow incorporate Civie’s Omega agentic AI model, aimed at reducing turnaround time for imaging results and improving image quality.
According to Civie, Riverside providers have already seen decreased imaging turnaround times and increased reporting standards with the deployment of the software.
Beyond RadPod and RadFlow, Civie’s offerings include a radiology information system, a radiology dictation system, a revenue cycle management system, a PACS universal worklist, and vendor-neutral archives, the firm added.
