Atlanta-based AI software company Inflo Health has joined the American College of Radiology’s (ACR) Learning Network after qualifying for it through the college's ImPower program.
The achievement follows a successful initiative to improve imaging follow-up rates at East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC), Inflo said. Using its AI software, which was integrated into existing workflows at EAMC, completion rates for recommended lung nodule follow-ups increased by 74%, supported a 20% improvement in adherence to Fleischner Society Guidelines, and increased staff efficiency by 95%, while reducing risk for patients and the organization, according to the company.
ACR’s ImPower is a structured improvement program where multidisciplinary teams learn and apply quality improvement tools, earn continuing education credits, and collaborate with peer institutions. To join the ACR’s Learning Network organizations first participate in ImPower.
