Dynamic reports loss in Q1

Healthcare information technology firm Dynamic Healthcare Technologies reported revenues of $6.6 million in its first quarter, down 33% compared with the $9.8 million reported in the same period in 1999. For the quarter (end-March 31), the Maitland, FL-based firm had a net loss of $350,000, compared with net income of $438,000 last year.

Delayed purchasing decisions related to lingering effects from Y2K led to the slightly lower-than-expected results, according to president and CEO Mitchell Laskey.
