Medical imaging and connectivity vendor Analogic has acquired the remaining shares of cardiac image management firm Camtronics Medical Systems. The Peabody, MA-based firm had formed Hartland, WI-based Camtronics in 1986 as a partially owned subsidiary, and prior to the purchase, held an approximately 82% interest in Camtronics. Analogic has now obtained all outstanding shares of Camtronics common stock.
