Medical Manager adds clients

RIS provider Medical Manager Health Systems has added Kern Radiology in Bakersfield, CA, to its customer list.

The facility will be installing the Van Nuys, CA-based vendor's Medical Manager Version 10 software, along with the firm's RIS version 3.2 platform and mammography tracking modules. Kern Radiology will also be using Medical Manager's TouchPoint Windows reporting system, document and image management offerings, a RIS-to-PACS HL7 interface, a RIS-to-voice recognition HL7 interface, and the company's hospital download engine.

In other new client news, Medical Manager will be installing its RIS offering at Great Plains Radiology in Kearney, NE. The radiology group will also be using Medical Manager's document and image management software, TouchPoint Windows reporting system, and radiology billing and collection utilities. Medical Manager's hospital download engine, claims-scrubbing software, and automated collections and electronic remittance software will also be included, according to Medical Manager.
