Dictation firm StructuRad has introduced version 5.0 of its StudyManager offering.
The new release features enhanced speech recognition functionality, according to the Encino, CA-based firm, and transcriptionists can leverage StructuRad's ReportNow companion reporting product, StructuRad said.
The technology includes speech recognition-assisted transcription, dictation playback, macro-enriched reporting, and a Microsoft Word-based editor to generate reports. Physicians may choose any combination of speech recognition, dictation, macro templates, Word-based editing, and structured reporting to create final reports, StructuRad said.
