Siemens Medical Solutions has signed an agreement to implement its Soarian healthcare information system at John D. Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA.
Archbold will deploy Soarian's clinical, financial, scheduling, and health information management applications, as well as Siemens' Soarian Portal. The health system, comprising five hospitals and four nursing homes, is also extending its contract with Siemens to include Siemens Pharmacy, Med Administration Check, and Enterprise Document Management applications, as well as the company's syngo suite for image management, according to the Malvern, PA-based company.
