CPU inks MBM deal

Healthcare information systems provider CPU Medical Management Systems of San Diego has signed a contract to provide its MED/FM practice management system to Medical Billing Management (MBM) of Chattanooga, TN.

The MBM practice currently provides account management services for 25 physicians who specialize in diagnostic and interventional radiology, neurology, orthopedics, surgery, internal medicine, and pulmonary medicine, and who see more than 245,000 patients each year. MBM processes more than 230,000 claims annually, according to CPU.
