Radiology informatics developer Integrated Modular Systems (IMSI) of Havertown, PA, will present enhancements to its IMSI RIS at this year's RSNA conference in Chicago.
The IMSI RIS features will be available on an application service provider (ASP) Web-based fee-per-study basis, IMSI FPS. Also available will be a hosted, shared service for PACS, RIS, and 3D products, IMSI HSS.
The firm's IMSI RIS features a diagnostic reporting suite; DICOM modality worklist capabilities; HL7 interfaces to hospital information systems (HIS) and other informatics applications; DICOM interfaces to imaging modalities, CD/DVD printers, and film digitizers; voice recognition capabilities; and support for PACS and electronic medical record (EMR) integration.
The application is available now in the U.S., and is targeted at hospital radiology departments, independent radiology groups, and regional healthcare information organizations (RHIOs), IMSI said.
