RIS developer Swearingen Software will demonstrate new features added to its core product, RISynergy, over the course of the past year.
The Houston-based firm has bolstered the RISynergy application with worklists for radiologists, technologists, and front office staff; added a DICOM modality worklist manager and integrated billing module; provided additional management and marketing reports and automated patient schedule confirmations; and now offers a Web-based schedule requestor.
The company said it is currently enhancing RISynergy by designing a high-performance, Web-based interface to extend the access capabilities of its RIS.
