Per-Se shareholders sign off on McKesson deal

Shareholders of healthcare information technology firm Per-Se Technologies have approved its acquisition by fellow healthcare IT firm McKesson of San Francisco.

The deal is expected to close on January 26, according to the Alpharetta, GA-based firm.
