Healthcare information systems developer Initiate Systems reported that its enterprise master person index (EMPI) technology, Initiate Identity Hub, has been selected by the Bronx Regional Healthcare Information Organization (RHIO) in New York City.
The application will perform the function of identifying patients and compiling their electronic health records (EHRs) from data dispersed across multiple databases, according to Chicago-based Initiate.
